I wish to subscribe to the British Airways Flying Staff Recreation Club and agree to pay monthly subscriptions of £2.00 (two pounds) to be deducted from my salary by British Airways.

I understand that The BA Flying Staff Recreation Club (BA FSRC) and its elected officers shall not be held responsible whatsoever in respect of use or misuse of its facilities and equipment when used by its membership. I agree to take all reasonable care and precaution when using BA FSRC equipment and I agree to advise the officers of the club should any misuse or damage of equipment occur.
