SHORTHAUL GYMS

The committee are looking at ways of providing gyms in some stations on the short haul network; however the costs of vouchers in Europe are extortionate and are just not cost effective. The committee agreed to work to the following guidelines.

1. Applications for gym membership will only be considered where there is no gym in the hotel, or where there is a really poor gym; this will be determined by a shorthaul committee member.

2. We will always try and secure a corporate membership which can be paid on a monthly basis and increased or decreased or cancelled depending on demand and hotel moves etc. This enables us to budget and control our expenditure.

3. If there is no corporate deal available we will look at buying vouchers which are 10 Euros and under, anything over 10Euros will not be considered.
